This one-of-a-kind lamp features a rough-hewn bronze base over which floats a clear acrylic sphere. The machine stitched paper shade is made of a sage green Nandina leaf pattern and coffee colored blocks alongside lines of brown thread.
Each of Mark Taylor and James Aarons' lamps is a unique combination of hand-made ceramics and found objects produced in their Northern CA studios; the shades use heavy acid-free rag papers and are preserved with UV archival protection.
