3/4" Pen Mill Barrel Trimmer

Clear excess adhesive from your pen tubes and square up the ends of your pen in one easy step! These precision-machined Pen Mill components are interchangeable to work with a variety of barrel diameters. The Barrel Cleaner clears glue residue from the barrel and also keeps the Barrel Trimmer at a 90° angle to the end of the pen, providing a flat, square mating surface and a tight fit for your hardware. Hex-head screws provide a no-slip interface. The Pen/Pencil Combo Mill is a value-priced package with a threaded shank, meaning you have the option of turning your own handle for a hand mill. Combo components are interchangeable with other sizes. Barrel Trimmers and Combo include hex wrenches. Features:Barrel Trimmers measure 7/8" long and include hex wrenches for adjustment and replacement.Barrel Trimmers have double hex-head screws for a secure connection to the Pilot Shaft.Barrel Cleaner measure 3-3/4" long overall.Shank portion of each Pilot Shaft is 1-3/4" long x 3/16" in diameter, and has two flattened sections for a no-slip interface with the Barrel Trimmer.The terms O-size and V-size refer to the drill bit used to bore the hole in the blank. The Pilot Shafts are actually slightly smaller than these bits to accomodate the thickness of the brass sleeve.
